Eastern Partnership

Ukraine in the Coordinates of the Eastern Partnership 2017-2020

The study by leading UNP experts in EaP priority areas analyses the realism and value added of the priorities suggested by the EU for Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is the first attempt in Ukraine to assess the agenda proposed by Brussels for the EaP until 2020. The experts analyzed these plans from the angles of reachability of their milestones by the end of 2017 and achievability of their targets by 2020, identified obstacles and suggested changes to these goals. Symbolically, this study itself also contributes to meeting the EaP objectives, since it is intended to extend the role of the EaP CSF and its national platforms in decisionmaking. The study findings were presented to the EU Delegation, diplomats of the EU Member States, Ukrainian government officials and expert community in Kyiv, Warsaw and Prague.
