Analysis the labor migration impact of Ukrainian workers on the labor markets of Ukraine and the EU (on the example of construction workers). Stimulation of building cooperation and dialogue with social partners and international organizations for the development joint decisions on implementation of policies in the field of legal migration in the context of implementing Ukrainian reforms using Association Agreement priorities.
